El agua utilizada en el proceso de Hidr\u00f3lisis<\/strong> se recupera como agua destilada<\/strong>. Esta agua se puede reutilizar en otro proceso de hidr\u00f3lisis posterior o bien, si hay mercado para ello, embotellar y vender a un precio mayor.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n llamado gas sint\u00e9tico o syntegas<\/strong>, es una mezcla de hidr\u00f3geno<\/strong>, nitr\u00f3geno, metano y otros gases.<\/p>\n

Es un gas que posee aproximadamente un 55% del valor calor\u00edfico del gas natural. S\u00f3lo se obtiene cuando se trata materia org\u00e1nica, RSU<\/strong>, residuos de biomasa<\/strong>, algas, excrementos de animales y lodos lixiviados. Tambi\u00e9n se obtiene del tratamiento de residuos industriales<\/strong>, aceites, lastres de barcos, etc. mediante un proceso alternativo.<\/p>\n

Se almacena en unos tanques especiales que disponen de unos aireadores que homogeneizan todos los gases producidos durante el proceso de Meri\u00f3lisis.<\/p>\n

Cada tonelada de residuo tratado en la planta de Meri\u00f3lisis<\/strong> genera un sobrante de material descompuesto, libre de gases e inocuo. La cantidad de este material depender\u00e1 de factores como la temperatura o la morfolog\u00eda del producto tratado.<\/p>\n

En el caso de haber tratado material org\u00e1nico, excrementos de animales, residuos de biomasa<\/strong>, algas o cualquier elemento no inorg\u00e1nico, ese sobrante producido ser\u00e1 Biochar o carb\u00f3n vegetal.<\/p>\n

En el caso de tratamiento de RSU<\/strong>, pl\u00e1sticos, neum\u00e1ticos usados<\/a> y otras gomas, lodos lixiviados o cualquier otro tipo de residuo que contenga una parte inorg\u00e1nica, el sobrante generado ser\u00e1 humo de carb\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

La planta de Meri\u00f3lisis<\/strong> se puede adaptar para el tratamiento de todo tipo de pl\u00e1sticos (excepto PVC y otros que contengan cloro en su composici\u00f3n) con los que se obtiene un combustible sint\u00e9tico<\/strong> con bajo contenido en azufre (1% aproximadamente). La cantidad depender\u00e1 mucho de la densidad del pl\u00e1stico tratado.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n se obtiene este producto con el tratamiento de gomas en general y las contenidas en los neum\u00e1ticos en particular una vez extra\u00eddo el metal y la fibra que contienen. En el caso de los neum\u00e1ticos de coche, de cada tonelada de goma pura se pueden obtener entre 500 y 600kg de bunker.<\/p>\n

Las plantas dedicadas a este uso son las que generan una mayor rentabilidad.<\/p>\n

En el tratamiento de pellets procedentes de MSW<\/strong> se genera un calor dentro de la propia planta de Meri\u00f3lisis<\/strong> que var\u00eda en funci\u00f3n de la composici\u00f3n de la basura pero que oscila entre 0,4 y 0,6MWh. Este calor no es uniforme durante todo el proceso, pero si aprovechable. Adem\u00e1s, a trav\u00e9s de un motor de cogeneraci\u00f3n, con el gas que se produce al tratar una tonelada de pellets<\/strong> se obtiene entre 1 y 1,2MWh de calor por tonelada que se puede aprovechar para muchos fines.<\/p>\n

Procedentes de lodos lixiviados de clase A, B y C en funci\u00f3n de los permisos y licencias que se tengan. Debido a la alta temperatura que se puede alcanzar en el proceso, se destruyen pat\u00f3genos y t\u00f3xicos, se obtienen gases por su descomposici\u00f3n que ser\u00e1n tratados por la gasificadora de la planta para poder producir energ\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de un motor de cogeneraci\u00f3n. El sobrante final se presenta como un humo de carb\u00f3n<\/strong>, libre de gases nocivos que se puede utilizar como abono en el campo, aportando nutrientes y minerales naturales.<\/p>\n

Gracias al importante proceso de separaci\u00f3n y clasificaci\u00f3n<\/strong> necesario en la planta de tratamiento de residuos por el proceso de Meri\u00f3lisis, se recuperan toda una serie de materiales que pueden ser aprovechados para su posterior reciclaje o transformaci\u00f3n contribuyendo a una econom\u00eda circular; productos que de otra manera quedar\u00edan enterrados y olvidados.<\/p>\n
